+ProActive Approaches is a national training provider of ‘Behaviour Training’ with extensive experience within Social Care (Children’s Homes, Adult Social Care & Fostering), Schools, Healthcare Settings, Air Ambulance and the Secure Estate.
+ProActive Approaches provides BILD Act (RRN) Certified (UKAS), trauma-informed and attachment-aware behaviour support courses with a strong focus on reducing restrictive practices & restraint.
+ProActive Approaches was launched in 2017 and has grown to be a leading provider of specialist training for a number of sectors. +PA delivers to a growing number of Local Authorities (including Kent, Gloucestershire, Knowsley, Portsmouth, Hampshire, Conwy, Flintshire and Cheshire East. +PA also provides training to a growing number of Charities, Private Care Providers and Academy Groups.

1st Protect Group is currently in the final stages of acquiring it’s first two companies within the Fire Safety and Security sectors.
After assembling a specialist team with significant sector knowledge (combined experience of 76 years), we are excited to be able to announce that 1st Protect Group will shortly be launching.
There are several further acquisitions in the pipeline during 2024 with the year already proving to be a very exciting (and busy!) one for the new group.
